Eco Coaching

 These are one on one coaching sessions where we will spend 90 minutes walking, hiking, or snowshoeing the trails & beaches of this incredible place we call home. I believe coaching on the go is the fastest, most life affirming and inspiring route to igniting change within my clients lives. When we change our physical state, we change our emotional state.  Some of the benefits of coaching on the go are; experiencing the healing power of nature, a calming of the mind which increases clarity of thought, working through emotions & limiting beliefs becomes easier when our physical energy is being diverted away from our mind,  get outside and we get out of our heads, plus the enormous health benefits of moving ones body. Coaching sessions run in all weather and are dog friendly! That's right, you can bring you best friend to your coaching sessions!

This is my premium coaching package. It is designed for highly motivated women who are ready to face the challenges and obstacles that are blocking their success head on. Together we will uncover the reasons why you are struggling, feeling stuck or just not getting the results you desire. I will work with you to identity as well as tap into your unique talents, skills and strengths, which will enable you to create an outstanding life. As your coach I will also help you find inspiration and motivation in unique and creative ways. I will hold you accountable to a plan that is manageable and designed specifically for you. No more excuses, wasting valuable time and energy.  No more playing small! Together we will create rapid, sustainable change that will get you exactly where you want to be! Doesn't that sound amazing! This package includes four sessions per month.

  • 90 minutes of coaching per week to be used as you wish via phone. 

  • Pre-coaching questionnaire to help identify and clarify what you need.

  • Unlimited text message, email and accountability support between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm.

  • Sessions valid for 12 months from date of booking

Custom Packages

Do you have a tribe of women who just like you are looking to create an epic life? Then why not round them up and begin creating that life today. Working with you and your tribe I will create a custom coaching program just for your group. Programs will be centred around moving the group into the life they want to be living as well as being bundled with health & wellness practices such as meditation, yoga, diet & nutrition if this is desired, and all while having an unforgettable adventure in an amazing location of your tribes choosing! Pricing for this package will depend upon activities, location and duration.
