Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle class which uses the aid of props; blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps.This practice is perfect for anyone looking to slow down, to relieve stress, to calm excessive mind chatter, or even those recovering from injuries or illness. Restorative is beneficial for insomnia and promoting deep restful sleep.

 

This class is fully supported by props, so we can relax fully and allow our mind and body to let go of tension. Come nourish yourself with this deeply restorative practice. No yoga experience is needed! All levels are welcome. Please dress in warm, comfortable clothing.

Mountain Flow

This class is a beautiful blend of slow flow, a little power and gentle yoga. Much like climbing a mountain. We begin slow and steady with intentional movements to warm the body and synchronize our breath with movement. 

 

We will then briefly step out of our comfort zone and explore our possibilities with a bit of Vinyasa flow, after reaching our peak we begin our long, slow, and very sweet descent back to our final resting pose Savasana with some gentle yoga.

 

This class is ideal for anyone looking to balance the mind and body through a slower pace class while relieving unwanted tension and stress.

All levels are welcome, first-timers and seasoned yogis alike!
